We conducted ethnographic research in the US toward developing the next generation, 2015 Subaru Outback, providing insights to the client about US consumers’ lifestyles, values, thoughts, and behaviors. Those insights were incorporated into the 2015 Outback, that was introduced at the New York Auto Show in the summer of 2014.
